There has been a lot of controversy about the "wawa" songs by Haifa Wahby and Dominique. A lot of Arab parents everywhere are trying to keep the songs from selling and to prove that the songs are not meant to be for kids. The parents say that Haifa Wahby's lyrics are explicit because she is singing about sex. Haifa songs lyrics such as "bous el wawa" (kiss the wawa) are not meant for a little child. "The term wawa is used for kids in the country of Lebanon, it’s not meant to be kissed" said one of the angry patents. The song is meant for adults and whoever thinks that it’s for kids then they are lying to themselves.

It's sadly true. Haifa is in another disgusting song. She just ruined her popularity. Honestly, I think she's too much. I mean, she could have been really popular, because she has the voice. But she sings the wrong songs to show off that voice. I think Nancy Ajram is way better. You don't see her singing nasty songs and in nasty video clips.

OK, and what is the problem if it is meant for big kids(men), not little kids?. I think those big kids watch enough porn, and go on enough porn sites not to be corrupted by the so called hidden meaning of a song.

It is not like Haifa suddenly took off her maidenly outfit, and decided to go wild. She is a show girl not an Opera Singer.
Before I would have said that she should respect her Arab Audience, but obviously that Audience loves her because of what she is, I mean 200 thousand fans in Oman to watch her concert!!!! She is giving what the people want, and do not try and say that the TV stations keep promoting her. I mean the woman has more fans than the Lady Magida ElRoumy, and for that I say TFEE.

Whether she is beautiful or not, that is not the issue. There are many other girls who are extremly pretty. But, should every pretty woman sing? that is the issue. I don't like haifa for what she presented. If haifa happens to sing well using her feelings like the great singers such as Asala, Najwa, I would love her. But, she is not. She has no voice at all, her songs are empty, got stupid music and no feelings. And when she talks, she is so arrogant as she tries to make us believe that what she presented is ART. To be honest with you, i am neither surprised nor shocked. IT is just Haifa. It is Not Asala, or Kathem. Just a fake beauty with no feelings that push her to pick meaningful words or touching music. This is actually funny, because I live in Montreal, Canada, and I'm Lebanese.. The other day I was at this arab cafee with my boyfriend and I saw Haifa's Bouss El Wawa.. I got admit that since I don't speak very well Arabic, and did not know what wawa means, I thought it had a dirty connotation lol... however, someone has explained to me that wawa means a 'wound' or something like that.. but you have to admit that kiss the wawa sounds a bit sexual lol
