The Miss Egypt 2006 event yesterday was enjoyable and exciting. All the girls were amazing & beautiful.
The first step of the event was choosing 10 girls from the original 22 number, to complete their way to the Miss Egypt 2006 crown. The 10 finalists were Maisa, the sister of Marwa Nasr from Star Academy 3, Christine, Reem, Marise, Salma, Heba, Fawzeya & Nisrine.
Miriam Fares and Haytham Saeed were the amazing guests of the event.
There was also a great reportage about Bedour, one of the contestants of last year's Pantene Miss Egypt 2005, she died earlier this year at the age of 22, it was really great mentioning her.

so unfair...i know before i said i liked fawzeyz but know i realise shez not all that. there were other more beautiful girls like heba Fand chritstine. she really doesnt deserve it.

To lebniyi with no offense to anyone but These girls don't represent the beauty in Egypt they maybe represent some Egyptian girls but certainly not beautiful ones we have far more beautiful girls but unfortunately they don't participate in these kinds of comepetitions..I dont know why!! but i wanna tell u that most of the time they go and search for participants because they have none and they surely get nass ay kalam.. no class no beauty no culture nothing girls who have all of that in Egypt like myself lol won't even think of participating in such a competiotion i hope someday we''l say real Egyptian beauty mch el ay kalam da el bychaweh souretna in an awful way!! ppl egyptians r not as free as lebanon in egypt there r manyyyy beautiful galz but they r muslims and thier parents dun allow them 2 show their body to ppl fawzaya is the most beautiful gal who applied for the compettion butnot in egypt in ma opinion nisreen was beautiful and deserve to win
The girls were all beautiful and indeed there are beautiful girls everywhere that don't moodel but they can't be on stage to model. Those were the best fit overall best based 2000 applicants. I think you forgot Sara Mohy was also in the top 10 you only mentioned 9 of the 10. She looked amazing, her gown was beautiful and she was the best I think!

I think Sara Mohy is beautiful. Her evening gown was amazing and she has the looks of a super model. She should of been in the top 5. Christine had a nice face but that is it her body was not good, she needed to lose some pounds and she didnt belong in the finals. marize can't walk and should of not been in the finals. I didn't think neither Rasha or Christine. Nesreen should of been higher on the top 5 list because she looks good. Reem was the most confident with the answer. Fawzeya didn't even answer the question!!! lol But she still won because overall she was the best overall girls in the top 5. This year's competition was the best so far and was 100000000000000000000000 times better than miss lebanon being a usa fan and seeing both competitions. Sara reminds me a lot Anabela who should of won Miss Lebanon. And last and for all saying salma and sara don't belong in the top 10 is not true. Many predicted them for te crown adn amny wanted them to be crowned. They are both models and theya re both beautiful and they can both speak better than any of the top 5. Espicially Sara who won the pre final interviews and she deserved every bit of the top 10 and ahd to be in top 5.

Hey to say those girls don't represent beauty is not true. Those girls look antural in pics and theya re beautiful in person. there were 2,000 applicants and those were the best fit. So back off and we will see who does better misss egypt or miss lebanon. Meriam did 100000000 times betetr than ugly nadine nejem she ven palced in top 10 in miss inter cont. Also Reem in miss world or earth will do very good, even thought I really liked anabella hilal and i think she should of won

Miss Egupt must be :-Rasha Hassan
1st runner up must be Nisreem Emam
2runner up must be Fawzaya
3 runner up must be Christine bcoz she is beautiful but not clever
4th runner up must be reem bcoz she is clever but not beautiful
actually I wish heba Fargali to be with them ...if heba was with the final top 5 it must be as following:-
Miss Egypt and firest runner up either Rasha or Heba
2nd runner up Nissreen Emam
3rd runner up Fawzaya or Mariz
4th runner up Christin bcoz she is less than them in cleverness even though she is second most beautiful
