Last night was the pre-final of the Pantene Miss Egypt Beauty Pageant and I must say that the girls looked beautiful, an improvement from last year. We got to see all twenty one girls in their swim wear and evening wear; the dresses were amazing and were designed by an Egyptian designer. My favourites so far are Marize, who won Miss photogenic, Heba F, Fawzeya and Rasha.
Entertainment was provided by Lebanese singer Iwan and Syrian singer Dolly Chahine who looked stunning. The show was presented by Actor Kareem Cojack.
I’m looking forward to the Final on Tuesday at 9pm Cairo (8pm UK on Melody hits, I think it will be hard to judge who should win as the level of beauty is generally quite high this year.
Who do you think should win and what do you think of the girls this year?
On Friday same time, their will be a Mr. Egypt pageant, which hasn't been held since 1997, it should be interesting but I am not pleased with the guys in the competition.

Yeah maisa is marwaz sister but i want to tell you somethin maybe she likes herself too much same like marwa in begining but we all liked her at the end also maisa is the same u know they are from the same family that's why they are all nice and friendly by the way maisa is sop beautiful and she was the first runner after marise with 32 votes and she won miss fitness they are amazin my fav are marise doaa maisa for sure and fawzeya

in my opinion I find the most beautiful girls are Christine Tarek, Rasha hassan, Heba Fargaly who win Miss Natural skin and Mariz Fu2ad who win Miss photoganic ( she look lik beautiful Idian actress)...amoung those four must be Miss Egypt 2006 , first runner up and second runner up ....
after them the third runnerup and fourth runner up it must be between , Fawzia Mohamaad and Maissa Nassr and Mahinur Ghalib and Nisreen Emam
Christine Tarek is the most beautiful girl amoung them all ...i really get depressed when she didn't win any title of cngenality, or photoganic or beautiful face or stylist....etc....i hope that she will be the winner this year ...last year Myriam Goarge was so beautifyl ,,,we hope this year the miss will be someone so beautiful as the same as last year ... and i hope the first and second runner uo will be Hiba Fargali and Rasha Hassan

when u said Nadien Najeem is beautifyl,,,bcoz she is the most ugly Miss lebanon in the Miss Lebanon history ,,,she is un natural and has very narow eyes and her skin is disgusting ,,,she doesn't has any beauty and I was depressed when she win bcoz she is totally doesn't deserve ,,,the winner must be either Cintia sa3ada or Sandra or Alin Watfa or Romy or Shireen and the rest are totally dumb...as well as I am depressed when that ugly Gabrial Abu rashid just win Miss Lebanon for this year,,,her looh is totally horrible and her nose and mouth are fake ,,miss lebanon for this year must be Anabilla Hilal as well as Layali and Reem Makarzal must be the first and second runner up Not that Ugly Nadin Yazbak....

im form egypt and these girls donot resemble the beauty in egypt.....they are very uglyy..maybe it is bec beautiful and classy girls dont participate in such trivial and cheap events

Inno, this is about Miss Egypt than about Miss Lebanon, so stick to the subject. And there is no such a thing about a country that has more beautiful woman than another country.
However I am posting to say that Dolly Shaheen is Lebanese. I will not let one of the few naturally beautiful Lebanese Performers who can actually sing be claimed by another country. She did get on Egyptian TV more than once, to prompote the movie she is in, and said that she is Lebanese from the "JABAL". There are web sites that claim Jad C. and Marwa are Egyptians, and boy would we not be glad if they were, but this one we want,lol. Anyway, good luck to these girls, I personally like Marize.

I was disapointed yastardy when mariz and heba Fargaly didn't reach the top 5 despite they are really beautiful espacially Heba Fargaly..by the way I glade that they at least reach the final top 10 as well as Maissa Nassr are good too .....but I was really happy that four of the most beautiful girls just reach the final 5 who are Rasha, Nisreen, Fawzaia and christine while reem is so ugly , I don't know why they choose her to be with the 5, it must be Heba Fargali instead of her..and that fake Reem just reach first runner up despite that Rasha and Nisreen are better than her as well as they answer to the question better than her as well as they more clever than reem .... but at the same time Iam glade that some one of the beautiful girl juts win who is Fawzaia ,,,she really very soft girl , so class and clever even if rasha and Nisreen and Heba .F deserve more to win , but at least the winner is some one good too.....and do u remmber in my last comment I said Christine must be the winner or the first runner, Actually I just judged on her previusely by her great look but aftar I heard her answering to the quastian as well as I heard her voice , I feel that she doesn't deserve to win and her answer is so limited and not deep which reflect her limited thinking ..actually christine deserve the fifth place or the fourth runner up bcoz she is not clever enough as the same as her look !!!
the truth is to be said that Miss Egypt is totally fair and better than Miss Lebanon even all the most beautiful girl just included in the top 10 ( even if three of them are not beautiful ) but seven of them are totally beautiful who are Rasha, Nisreen, Heba Fargali, Fawzaya ( fawzaya and heba alittile bit look the same as well as Nisreen and Christine look the same alittile bit but nisreen is more clever), Mariz,christine , Maissa Nassr...
the only unfair thing isreem doesn't deserve to be the first runner up or even doesn't deserve to reach either top 5 or top 10 .... and rather than reem , salma and Sara to reach top 10, it must be Mahinure , illiane and Do3a2 to reach top 10 but not reach more than that and the finalist 5 must be the same as it is excapt reem , it must be Heba in her place

by the way I agree with u about the 7 most beautiful girl in Miss Egypt 2006 , even I was so confused yasterday to choose Miss Egypt amoung them bcoz all of them beautiful and deserve as well as I agre with u about cristin who i was amazed by her beauty but after I heard her answering to the given questian , I feel that she deserve to be one of the runner up but not the winner or Miss Egypt as well as I was so sad for Heba.F and Mariz.F bcoz they also deserve to reach the final 5 , even they didn't give them a chance to represent their cleverness in answering the questain... I really prefer it to be final 6 rather than final 5 bcoz really Heba and mariz deserve to join them and must that ugly Reem isn't included with the finalist

I am sorry Rahooma, but your information is wrong. Miss Intercontinental 2005 was from nowhere near the Middle East. However I know that her Myriam's runner up Elham did quite well in Miss Earth even though she was sick, in the top 12 I think. Also that in 2004, Miss Egypt contestant for Miss Earth was voted one of the sexiest in Global Beauties. I do not think you should answer people that really just like to insult for the sake of it.

I think Sara Mohy is beuaitufl. Her evening gown was amazing and she has the looks of a super model. She should of been in the top 5. Christine had a ncie face but that is it her body was not good, she needed to lose some pounds and she didnt belong in the finals. marize can't walk and should of not been in the finals. I didn't think neither Rasha or Christine. Nesreen should of been higher on the top 5 list because she looks good. Reem was the most confident with the answer. Fawzeya didn't even answer the question!!! lol But she still won because overall she was the best overall girls in the top 5. This year's competition was the best so far and was 100000000000000000000000 times better than miss lebanon being a usa fan and seeing both competitions. Sara reminds me a lot Anabela who should of won Miss Lebanon. And last and for all saying salma and sara don't belong in the top 10 is not true. Many predicted them for te crown adn amny wanted them to be crowned. They are both models and theya re both beautiful and they can both speak better than any of the top 5. Espicially Sara who won the pre final interviews and she deserved every bit of the top 10 and ahd to be in top 5.
