Tonight the final prime was full of excitement & entertainment.
The last guests to sing in the 3rd season of LBC Star Academy, were two great singers, Tina Arena & Wael Kfouri, & it was truly a pleasure hearing them sing.
The finalists Joseph, Hana & Hani were tense, yet it wasn't evident at all, and it seems they didn't really care which one of them won, because they are all stars. Hilda was very excited as well, and so were all the academy teachers.
It was nice seeing other Starac students join them in the final prime; Fadi, Khalifa, Maya, Rakya, Wajdi & Shaima joined in the entertainment & tableaus.
This season was really successful, & it was a relief to know from Rola Saad that there will be a next season of Star Academy. And that casting for LBC Star Academy 4 will start soon enough.
Well, Joseph is this year's Star, and he deserves the title because his voice is excellent, and he plays three musical instruments, and that is a definite plus.
Congratulations Joseph, & all the good luck for Hana & Hani, whom we will definitely hear about in the music industry, because they both have the look, charisma & voice to be something in the future.

He is the best of the best, and he's the only one who deserves to win. For all of you jealous people saying that there was cheating for Joseph to win, you just have to clean your ears and listen to his magnificient voice, and you should know that from all around the world, and not only the arabic world, people are voting for Joseph and only Joseph. I am shocked that he only got 55% because he was supposed to get at least 99%. So maybe LBC cheated in the favor of Hani and Hanaa, and gave them a percentage so they won't be sad.

- Hilda already had her script made..when she siad that LEBANON is not a small country
- when each of the finalists had a reportage about them JOES one was longer and they kept saying "can joe raise the name of lebanon", and all this stuff.
- even in the dailies the camera was always on joe
- the teachers knew he was going to win from lebanon because (especially gaby)they kept telling him to focus on your work and try harder, when he got carried away with REEM...

It was clear from the begining that LBC were planning this year for Lebanon to win. I notice that all my messages and voting for hanaa were not displayed 99% of joseph were displayed so that to discourage the morocaans and the egyptian. It is 100% sure that Joseph did not won by votes but by LBC cheeting. There is now were that he won by votes no way. LBC were aiming from the begning for winner to be from lebanon to please its people, but it is not correct by cheeting. I do agree that he has nice voice but he did not win. Joseph deserved to win, and he did win it hands down. The people who have voted to him were not all Lebanese, as a matter of fact, most voters were non-lebanese. SO if this is the case then the cheating accusations and all that crap that most on this forum have been blabbing about is false. Dont be sore loosers, the first 2 years of star academy didnt see a lebanese person win, even thou it is a lebanese show, and the director is Lebanese. So the crap comments of him winning because he is Lebanese are trully ridiculous, and I am sure the person who said that hasnt heard Joseph's voice. Remember that there are more than 10 million Lebanese all over the world, not only the 4 million inside Lebanon. So all in all, Well Done Joseph, you are a Champion.
I think the game was not fair from the beginning, LBC planned everything and this is exactly why Waleed decided to quit! he felt that LBC was manipulating! and did not want to continue in this dishonest environment! honest people like him cannot live in such places or with such people! i think he was right after all, and it was the best decision he has ever made!
On the other hand, Joseph was a Phenomenon, he was a chnace for LBC to finally present a Lebanese winner! he had the voice and the good manners. he lacked nothing but the majority of votes! the only missing thing was to guarantee that Lebanese will vote for him, which is not something they would easily do as we all know!
I love Joe and i was happy for him, but i still have my doubts regarding the votes!

Cogratulations to Josef, but I really thought that all three were deserving of the title. I felt bad for Hanaa who got the least percentage, less that 16%. They really worked her out. She always had to memorize and sing more songs that everyone else. I wished the percentages were closer than that. I am also surprised at how much prejudice there is between Maghreb Arabi countries from comments I have read. You people should be fair. Hanaa always voted for contestants from that region and announced more than once that she always will because of her loyalty to the Maghreb Arabi. On the other hand, There were some really bad comments about her from people in that region. That is sad. Any way, good luck to all.
To all the losers who are doubting the results of the final prime, hear this out, hear this out:
1 - Never in Lebanon's history did we witness this nation wide campaign in favor of a talent show contestant. Virtually everyone voted and sometimes voting ranged between 100 and 200 votes per person!!
2 - The Lebanese consistent Diaspora abroad, namely in Canada, Australia and the U.S. also waged a large campaign for Jo with several votes per person, especially as he is the typical reflection of a Lebanese young man and the traditional songs he performs, highly appealing for nostalgic Lebanese immigrants.
3 - Alegeria and Tunisia heavily voted in favor of Jo, because of Shayma and Rym.
4 - The Kahlij voted for him too because of Khalifa.
Just a mere look at the Star Academy interted Forums since the start of the season makes it plain and obvious that Joseph was the most loved and least hated contestant of them all, not only in Lebanon but in the rest of the countries.
- So now you have, ALL of Lebanon, the Lebanese communities abroad, the khalij and the north africans who supported him.
- ALL of Lebanon watch the program and the rate of mobile users in Lebanon is higher than in Egypt (Egypt's penetration rate is less than 13 per cent according to Al Ahram Weekly versus 24% for Lebanon).
