This week's picture is of Isabelle Dinoire, recipient of the world's first partial face transplant. The 38-year-old Frenchwoman underwent the surgery in November after being attacked by her dog.
"Since the day of the operation I have had a face like everybody else," Dinoire said, according to Reuters. "I am now able to open my mouth and eat. Recently, I have also been able to feel my lips, my nose, my mouth."

sorry 2 b mean..but gota b honest here...she still looks kinda freaky..sorry i know it aint her fault and eveything..and she cant look totally normal..but i wish her all the luck for the future, and hopefully her face will be totally normal soon. :(

i bet she will look a little more normal once she get sensation in her lips and stuff because i heard she still cant move them yet but inshallah it will get better.
i feel sorry for her, is very scary when you dont have a nose to smell. and a mouth to eat and teeth to chew.

Poor thing she must've suffured after realizing she lost part of her face because of her what her dog. I hate those damned animals to the core!
