I used to prefer other contestants ( ayman, haitam, hatim..), but now that it's between Ibrahim and Shahed, I think Ibrahim deserves to win.
I admit that shahed is very very talented. but what makes me choose ibrahim, is that he seems so simple, so layed back, very friendly and down to earth, and he's very talented.
While Shahed seems shy, not very open to others, very competitive... she might be a real nice person with a good heart, but her strenght and shyness hide her qualities as a person.
Anyway, i think MOST of the 12 contestants are true stars, regardless of who wins the title and contracts.

I have had a weired feeling tonight after watching the program, Ive felt that shahd was setu-up for failure, even though I voted for her, but all comments from the judges were cheering her up just like she has alredy lost, makes me wonder if the judges know already the ote count. despite what Mr rahbani says that the program is far from being political, some signs should be prohibited like Ibrahim wearing the pic of the king of KSA, and wearing the flag,.
If Mr alhakami wins this competetion I would rather start watching Afghanistan super Star since it will represent a better candidates.

I have to say that I have been watching Superstar program ever since it started airing and it had been a strong favorite of mine. However, the last episode where Aiman Laseek left the program in favour of Ibrahim made me lose faith in the whole program and the voting process. I will not go so far as say that the votes are tampered with in favour of the political atmosphere of the time. However I will say this, the comments given today in the episode between Shahd and Ibrahim, sounded to me as though the judge panel already knew who the winner would be. They consoled Shahd as if she already lost, and congratulated Ibrahim as if he'd already won. If you truely want to have a respectable show, you should refrain from such comment, and you should encourage your viewerst to vote fairly for the best talent. Why is it that a program copied exactly from American Idol, fails to enforce that most important value of all, fairness and impartiality. No matter how much the Saudis contribute monitarily toward the program.

i couldnt watch superstar yesterday , bt all i can say that i like shahed's voice she is really gorgeous bt abt ibrahim dunno sometimes he is good and sometimes he is weak, maybe the difference between khalijyan language and lebanese language made him facing some problems in spelling bt he is good bt he had to take decisions for songs who will be in harmony with his voice.

anyway gd luck for both candidats and all u people i respect ur opinion cz u knw we re tasting voices and everybody has his own taste so i cant blame any of u.jst wish luck for everybody

Well, I believe an artist should have a nice personality in the first place, be full of emotions, loving to everyone, and then having a beautiful voice. If an artist have these merits together then he or she will definitely capture our hearts and deserve our support. I am one of Haitham's fan, but since the competition is now confined between Shahed and Ibrahim I think that Ibrahim should be the Superstar. All the contestants showed us a great deal of the characteristics I mentioned but unfortunately Shahed didn't. All I get about her throughout the program is her concern to win and get the title which was obvious every time she was in the danger zone. If she will keep acting like this she will not enjoy being a star and will have lots of troubles with other artists after she become a singer.
