i love you asalah so much..he's so nice..her voice is so gorgeous and heavenly..and i dont know anyone else who can copy her singing and sing.. she was even called the new um kalthom coz her voice is really strong ( she has 18 tab2et sot like um kalthom).. she's is my favourite singer..she kept the arabic songs alive. nd she had proven through all over the years that she did not only improve her voice and look in her own way but also did she add to the arab music court a new horizon. With many female singers competing now, Asala doesn't feel their threaten, simply, for a singer who made such an album "Qad el horof" is so oustanding and up-going. The album combines all the moods : festive for taswar, Sad for A'ayez el haq, Classy for qad el horof ..etc , this album is not a passing hot , it's ok the kind that you would listen to it over and over everytime you had a certain mood. Brilliantly enough to say, that Asala is conisedered to be the QUEEN of the female arab singers now with her shivering voice!
and her last album was really pretty good one..

I think best FEMALE Singer in the Arab world is Asalah Nasri and her music will just remain forever in the history of the Arab music.
she has a GREAT voice, beautiful songs. she has wonderful Khaleejy songs and Fosha " Adi Al Huroof" is my favorite and many more. She also sang for Warda Al Jazaeeria. Warda in her interview in "sa3at safa" and also in "dandana" mentioned that the only singer that really sang good her songs was Asala..

You have proved to the entire world that it is the combination of the touching words, original music and great performance that lasts forever. I love you Kathem for being such a great singer with great voice, creative music, and outstanding performance. You are where you are now because you are yourself. While everyone else rash to make of the western beat its music, you dig for your own music deeply in the Iraqi Music. You also stand out from other by being very selective in the lyrics you sing.
