His first song wasn't a big hit, and it was said that his upcoming movie - dars khsousi - private lesson - was going to be a success...

Well, i don't want to be very negative, and i thought Mohammad Attieh would be a bit more classy in his work. I couldn't come up with a good description to what i felt.

Did you know that he's expected to appear in court with his friend, a soccer player named Emad within a few days for hitting and libeling a police officer doing his duty? They were arrested and released on bail. I guess that fame got into Atteya's head and that's so disappointing, he should be modest and grateful that he has fans who love him even though his first album was horrible, but still he can manage his career as a comedian which he's good at. If he weren't famous would he behave in that manner? I don't think so. I don't hate him but this should be a lesson to him; never treat others like dirt just because you're rich and well known.

i belive that most of us here in Egypt love most of them, Bahaa, Bashar, Ahmad, Bruno, '7alawy, etc..
as we love Samer, Bashar, Katia, Ahmad, and Hisham, while Zizi lost in that season, but its not a decent reason to attack them
saying Bashar, Bahaa or ahmad should win this title will not change the fact that he won it, about 2 years ago, by many voters from Egypt and from other Arab Countries, so please stop talking about a 2 years old topic

no way, that song was a part of the movie, so if you want to be fair, you may see the movie first and then maybe you will be able to criticize that song or that movie as mush as you like
third, about his lawsuit, please don't make your own rules before the judge make his, you are not a witnesses, you never saw him fighting that officer with Emad, maybe that officer made all that story for some reason, nobody knows anything yet

The view I like to take is that, Mohamed Attieh who is by no means a class act or a talented singer and who by Egyptian standards is well below average, still managed to win Star academy. So breaking it down for the morons, a below than average Egyptian still beat all the other Arabs. I would imagine it would be a complete domination if a classy Egyptian was competing.

Just Someone, I agree with you. Every one has it's own favourite. Like Not everyone will love you and Not everyone hate you. The decision is for the majority. So Attieh was favoured from Baha, Bashar & others and remeber he reached the final because he is talented & intellegent, the judges couldn't choose him as nominee because he worked very hard.
