well, as the Iranian President stated 'Israel should be removed from the world map' and if the Arab nations come together then they can achieve this..then there will be world peace :)

I don't know...but from how it looks right now, we have a couple of countries that wont side with us right now...one of which i think is saudia arabia! I can see a huge war starting soon.... the begining has already started, the states has attacked syria already, and i have a article to show it if anyone is interested. The only way to stop them, is to unite together, but alas, no one will.

i only see unity between the educated, middle class arabs or middle eassterns (in respect for the non-arab minorities).
We do have classes issues, also, we have different sub-cultures, we got the more farmers like culture, you got the cosmopolian culture, ect....
For instance, saudi arabia is a filthy rich country, it could have build the sinia desert and solved Egypt's poplulation and poverty problem, but all its money is going to the al s3ood family and other ajanib. The class issue wont let that to happen, and later the foreign dependency wont let that to happen, and all that located in the lack of civil society.

I am pro, economic unity, just like the EU, i think it is for the interest for everybody, however, the arab countries do not have civil society at hand, we have problems of extremism.Also, many countries have volatile atmosphere, we have Iraq in chaos, palestine occupied, sudan still contentious, and Syria i am not that pessimistic but the region is still fiery, it needs alot of stability.
At first, we have to build our own economic growth and not dependent on the outside trade, many arab countries have survive by their own natural resources, for instance , Sudan, this country can feed itself but with the debt crisis, it became dependent on export trade, and cash crops. It could have taken a whole different stand.

i think the Iranian president, is asking for trouble, he should at least take care of his people, isreal, have won many wars agains the arabs, they are too strong for the frail, weak arab nations.
I am pro, an israelian, and a palestanian country, we should try to save the innocent ppl, besides, isrealians r also humans and they should not be wiped out, hitler did that , and we middle easterns are not equal to hitler, we got moral values.
and i dont think , having a country like israel can undermine any arab unity if IT WAS THERE.....it is just an excuse, and we should not balme the US and isreal for all our problems.

about unity, the first sumbission i agreed with, but i am NEVER recognizing isreal as a nation. There right? What right? The british owned palestine at that time, and they just simply gave it to them, that is bull shit! Palestine Shall and always will remain our land(the muslims).
