come on, after all hayfas father is lebanese and she has lived in lebanon all her life.. i cant imaging a lebanese girl/woman beeing preetty without plastic surgery cuz i have lives in lebanon for 2 years and the girls where not pretty at all exexpt for them who had done plastic surgery and it really show who has done plastic surgery and hasen´t. You can see it just by looking at a person. like nancy ajram and elissa and hayfa, just look at there nose, it doesn´t have a natural look.

dont be fooled by the make up people. I have checked carefully at one of her pics now and the one above and its the same(ive even zoomed in)
all her features are exactly the same except for her nose eyebrow shape and eyecolour. to be honest it might just be the make up but it looks as if shes done anyhing else she may have made her bottom lip smaller
