We don't have aliens, but we do have Jinn. We have jinn that haunt houses and possess people and do all sorts of things, that its become almost part of everyday life in the arab countries.

Therefore we can conclude that the aliens and the jinn have made an agreement together to share the planet. The aliens get exclusive rights to haunt the West, while the jinn have exclusive rights to the Middle East.

I think there are two reasons from my point of view:
1- Every governor want to govern!! This is a fact. No one wants to be taken off from his position (Arabs Governors)

2- Since the Muslims are the majority ppl in Arabs country, it will be OKAY for them. But the difficulty is every 6a2efah min Muslemeen i.e. Sonny, She3y, Sofy....they want to be govern by a governor belong to this 6a2efah.
Also the Christens want to be governed by a christen governor.

The bottom line is NO WAY for the ALIENS between Arab countries.
Just take Mo3amr Al-Gathafe as an example, he is EDIOT!!
When you see him talk, really even just dreaming about ALIENS will be a stupid idea.

I suppose because in United State there is a lot of military secret project and when people see a prototype of military airplane that's dosen't look like a standard one they think it's Alien. I'm not saying that Alien doesn't exist but I don't think they are interested to meeting us.
