Google has launched a new service called Google Talk, which allows users to make free telephone calls to anywhere in the world via the internet. That would mean overseas and long-distance calls could be free soon, provided you have an internet connection!
Google Talk enables you to call or send instant messages to your friends for free anytime, anywhere in the world.

I think this is good as long as there is no catchs or hiden charges and i think i would cancel with my telephone service provider who ive been with for 14 years.
The executable file would not run on Windows ME.
