I grew up in the same naborhood Ragheb did except 35 years before he did.Now I am in California and my Wife loves his voice,his looks and and everything about Ragheb Alamah,she doesn't speak arabic she loves his music and songs ofcourse his voice and stile.by the way I think he is great.
May I ask you to send me his poster and note a from ragheb to give to my wife DIANA.

ragheb alamah is one of the few arabic singer i like listening to, and its for a reason! his voice is great, and his songs are real meaningfull!

Hi Ragheb .. u r just a rare singer to find.. Very very few are the singers who can make such great songs great music great videoclips and possess such a nice personality..
I would like to answer hte person who talked about chadi aswad and say him that chadi succeeded bcz he adores ragheb and he tried to mimic him.. by all the way Ragheb is like the grandfather of chadi in the job of art.

I went to pick up couple of DVD's to watch over the weekend of Christmas and the store owner wanted to give me a few music CD's for free I refused to but then I asked him does he have any Mixed DVD's since I was going to a get together party and then he gave me a DVD to watch and in that DVD I stumbled upon At hob el kabir. Its an awsome song and a beautiful Video everything in that video couldnt have been any perfect and offcourse the voice of Ragheb Alamah its sounds from his heart. its a really beautiful Video to watch and the song to hear it gives me goose bum when ever I listen to al hob el kabir.

Although I know very little Arabic,your music as well as voice is like a rare gem, yet you always seems to sparkle in your songs as well as music videos. In truth my first Ragheb song was from a compilation of Arabic music, that song was called, "Tab Leih". Next song went to Elli Yerdik Yerdini, Menak Leilah, and so forth. El 5ob El Kebeer was simply amazing and how I wished Arabic rock (or at least in your form) would be established en masse, but I can only hope. I can't wait for more awesome songs. ^.^
