People,People PEOPLE!!! Hello!!!! She was 17 in that picture and she has done 19 plastic surgeries (I got this from a source)!!!!
She looks alot different right now;; but she also looked beauitful back then;;;if she didn't do the surgeries;;she would be great!!

I love nancy but she was sooooo ugly until she had plastic surgery.*not to be rude but its true* and she has had like a million surgeries!! but she is a good singer and is pretty now.

It's OBVIOUS that she's had plastic surgery. But I think she looks worse now than then.. she looks plastic.
But remember she is not the only one who has done it. The biggest shock to me was to see the old May Hariri :-| They reconstructed her whole face. But they did a very good job on her.

Anyway if someone really wants to do plastic surgery because the are depressed about how they look, than I think it's okay. But if record companies pressure a star into plastic surgery (but you feel like you don't need it) than I'm appaled!

Hi everyone, I'm Arabic but I don't really know much about Arabic singers, especially the new "pop" singers.

I have to say that this young lady here looks very sweet and innocent before she had the whole make over. In my opinion her looks is pretty average but it shouldn't really matter if she has the talent to write and sing.

One thing though, why is it that most Arabic singers put a lot of cosmetics on. Is it because Arabic guys don't appreciate natural beauty or is it a lack of good makeup artists?
To be honest some look like hookers and I find that very embarassing.
