    DID HE DO IT?

he probably did. am i glad he got away with it? yep i sure am. i'm not glad that he molested a kid, but was it ok with the kid's parents when michael jackson was doing it to their son and they kept quiet because they were benefitting from him financially... but as soon as they couldn't get anything more from him it became bad and they sued him? those ppl deserved to lose the case. congratulation michael ... you loveable weird thing.

They did not lose the case. This was a criminal suit files by the people of california versus Jackson. The kid's parent would have not gotten a penny if he was convicted. If he was convicted he would have to do jail time and pay a fine to the state of california. In a criminal case, the prosecuters had to prove that he did it beyond reasonable doubt which is hard based on evidence.
Now the parents of the kids will file a civil suit which they have to prove that he did molest the kids but not beyond a resonable doubt. It will be easy to convict him in a civil case. Civil cases dont send him to jail, but force him to pay damages to the kids.

one thing you guys should know that in US if you have money , the best lawers will defend and gets a clearance and the poor family can't afford such lawers and ofcurse loosers.

they lost the case and thats final. there is more than one way that they can lose the case. even if it was the state taking jackson to court and not the kids parents.... if the state had won then the parents and the kid would have won too. but the so called ''ppl of california'' as u put it LOST therefore the money hungry kid and his mum LOST AS WELL.

mistika..ur right, but i doubt that Jackson will win the civil case coz of all the publicity he's getting out of being ill as the nyt put it..and it's true.he's a free man, and behind the curtains, the parents and the kid will still be receiving financial assistance from Jackson so as not to sue once more. did he do it? yes, he probably did but does he deserve 2 be out on the street again...maybe not if we r trying 2 be fair...but he is out on the street and that's that !

The Truth is hes a damn freak, i love his music and theres no doubt that thriller is literally one of the best selling albums in the universe but hes crazy. and so was the mother, i dont think that he did it and i dont think that the final discision was out of racism because thats what i a lot of ppl in america are saying i just think that the mom was looking for away to get money fast, and the jurers saw that, so he was convicted not guilty.

hi.. ok i dono if he did it or not but i feel he did... i mean c'mon how many times will micheal jackson get accused of the same thing, can ppl be imagining all this .. i dono if u guys know the backgrounds of the juries, but if u do, u'd have known long time agooooo that the verdict would be not guilty of all charges. i think they were chosen inna a way to make sure that he wasnt gonna be guilty.. its pretty disgusting. i mean ok he is the king of pop, but that doesnt give him any excuses. i really hope a better look was taken at the matter, cuz the crime he's going is really a disgusting one and should've been stopped. anyway yalla if he did it im sure God wont let continue doing that to little kids. and i just hope he gets to know that what comes around goes around, so he better watch out or some1 may take revenge on his own kids, thats if he didnt already molest them..
ok i think thats all i gotta say about this dirty creature.. i just wanna add that, althou i know i have a million typing errors, its king of pop not pope. yalla c u guys.

Guilty as sin. The jury was bought and that is it. Money talks and buys. EVERYTHING has a price in the USA. Jackson not guilty of ANYTHING, come on....

And exactly why would a 40some year old man give a 13 year old boy wine and porno maganzines and then share a bed with him? Oh, love, brotherly or maybe fatherly love.. what else could you think of you sick people?

Anyone that does not see Michael jackson as a FREAK is a freak himself and anyone that thinks this behaviour is acceptable is sick. Jackson and the kid's parents should be sleeping the same bed in Jail right now. That is if there is Justice, and if justice cannot be sold.

    Sad sad day in history...

okie people .. listen up . um . yeah . so michael jackson is a bit weird . but that does not make him a bad person . i personally believe that he is innocent. he's a great person from the inside and he has done many things for the whole world . i mean for God's sake he sang for the world .. if any of you guys watched the movie "finding neverland", you would realize that in the movie, johnny depp loves to spend time with children, this does not necessarily mean that he's molesting them. they were his inspiration . kids are fun .. i dont really have anything against michael jackson, maybe only the skin operation thingy.. but then again, why judge people . and hey, it's his life.. but i truly do believe that he is innocent considering all his actions in the past.. and all the help he gave .. anyways. yeah . thats all i have to say . laters.

could be guilty...but thats the world's way ... some guys hav all the luck...some dont...but then in a way, i think the case will hav positive effect...awareness...which is beneficial to all. Re: the complainants, they wont be victimized in the first place had they stay clear out of Jackson's way...but they went in...so, suffer the consequences...

I grew up loving Michael Jackson. I kissed his poster every night before bed, sang and danced to his music, even had a little "pleather" purple purse with his name on it along with the velcro tri-fold wallet with his pic on it. I LOVED HIM!!! I think he was guilty...I think he was more of a man as a member of The Jackson Five than he is now. He even talks like a woman. I think children are more accepting and thus he was able to earn their trust and convince them it was all normal. OR maybe he mentally regressed rather than matured and actually believes he is a child himself...chalking all that he has done to the "experimenting" that children sometimes do. He is sick, his family is weird. Janet is the only one in the whole group that has any since of normality. I put MJ right there with Pee Wee Herman. SICK!!!!!

COME ON!!!!He admitted that he gave the kids alcohol..he admitted that he slept with children and saw nothing wrong with it..Jury had to be bought..he admits to these things but is found not guilty of the exact things he admitted to..the jury even said they believed he molested children but not in this case....the jury said they didn't like the mother and that was the main reason they didn't find him guilty

if an ordinary person said what he did and got charged for it everyone would be assuming that person was guilty but since he's rich he gets by with it...by the way Jackson said he was molested by his father...doesn't that alarm you?..his dad made him the sick pervert he is today and his dad wasn't even charged for it...don't you guys pay attention? you said you followed the trial.

If you actually followed it and paid attention then you would know he was guilty, especially when he admitted to giving alcohol and sleeping with children...yeah, those parents should be ashamed for allowing their children to be with Jackson especially after he's been accused of this on numerous occassions...but he is an adult and he knows better...children are too trusting and he took advantage of that..

this is off track but has anyone noticed that Jackson's face looks like an ape's face?

    brat
