- For several weeks, the students have been learning theoretical information about food, getting all the meals ready to the Academy, and following only the given instructions for a healthy diet. But what about changing the rules for once? What about passing from theory to application? And what about trying to prepare your own meal, touching it with your own hands after such a long theoretical period introduced only through papers? For this reason, Sawsan Wazan decided to change the routine of the course today. She informed the students that it’s their turn to prepare lunch. Gloves in their hands, nylon hats on their heads, white dress on, the students got ready in the kitchen for the operation! Wazan gave them advices about the correct quantities, the necessary ingredients they should use and of course the healthy way to cook. Successfully, the students prepared Pizza, Chicken with rice and Chocolate pudding. Some of the students who had not ever cooked before had some difficulties with cutting onions such as Bashar Al-G and Ahmad H...

- Students got used to talk about their feelings and experiences upon Aida’s request. And this time, Aida asked them about yesterday’s prime night.
Between fear and joy, the answers were varied. But what is worth mentioning is that after speaking about their different experiences, the students and for the first time, asked Aida about her own feelings. And the question was:
“what did you feel upon seeing your mother on stage during the prime night?”
Aida smiled, and replied that only yesterday she knew the value of the surprise and what the students feel each time they get surprised on stage.
She felt like she is sharing the prime with them, she felt she is equal with them, she was extremely happy and surprised and that for a while she wasn’t thinking about anything else! Aida concluded that no matter how much she thanked her mother, it’s never enough comparing to all the effort and love she had offered to her, ever since she was born! Moreover, Amani created a new song dedicated to all the Moms, the song is very inspirational. She sang the song in Aida’s class with the help of Ahmad H who was playing on the Oud to give the tune that she made.

- Zizi is sad that Samer left the Academy; as we noticed recently she grew really close to him and they shared many relishing moments. She also mentioned that they are more students in the “Hizb Al Jahala” group that she formed which at the beginning consisted of herself as the President, Hisham as the Vice-President, Fahed as the Maestro, Ahmad H as the Security, Ahmad S as a Student and finally Bashar Al G as a member with no importance.

- The conversation of the “Hizb Al Jahala” went on during lunch and Amani added that she rarely speaks French so in other words she can enter the group. Hisham protested straight away and this somehow created a funny scene. Ahmad H as the security and Hisham as the Vice-President were starting to defend their group by attacking her in a friendly manner but by every means possible.

- It sounds an interesting suggestion! The manners class with Regina Fenianos was conducted in the living room where she gathered the students and started the lecture by reading several poems on the occasion of Mothers Day. She went on asking the students how they felt when they saw their mother and what they thought about the surprise. Katia added that Ahmad H and Hisham felt very lonely on this occasion particularly. At the end, both Katia and Amani gave flowers and a small souvenir to Regina.

- Class with Oussama Al-Rahbani (prime evaluation) Comments were as follows:

Bashar Al G: very weak voice

Zizi: lack of stability/ microphone not straight/ waved bye to a fan when not supposed to

Amani: wrong start of songs, too loud/ change of tune

Ahmad H: clothes do not fit the detector he wears around his waste

Katia: very hyper/ a feminine touch needed

- Later on the day, Amani was a bit sad that she was told off by Oussama.
Hisham on the other side was trying to make her feel better by saying that you are really good and you have improved.

- Products made by Maybelline were tried on the candidates. Zizi was started off first!

- Zizi called her sister Ghada.

- Preparations of the Evaluation which will take place on Monday. Katia is having some difficulties with the song. Amani and Zizi seem to be doing well. Small misunderstanding between Katia and Amani arose when Amani kept on saying she will be a nominee when she is doing well with the song. Katia was angry and told her not to say that! The dispute ended by Amani trying to help Katia sing the song.

- Hisham was looking for Zizi so he can perform infront of her. He finds the comments that Zizi gives him are very worthy.

- Katia calls her mother and tells her that the song is very difficult!
