- Could it be Katia’s day today? For a while, one would say so! While she was working out during the gym class, the door opens and someone comes in:
is it a new candidate at the academy? Of course not; it’s Katia’s mother who came to visit her and to stay for a week in the occasion of the mother’s day. She hugged her mother and kissed her, chatted for a while, then joined back to the sport class, where two teams competed and the winners got themselves at the end sugar free candies!
- As usual, Hishams daily routine is to praise candidates. Only this time it was Katia’s mother Iman; he had praised her so much so until she felt shy!!!
- Is it Samer’s day as well? Samer was rehearsing in the gym and repeating one of the songs that he should perform during the prime night, when his friends called him loudly and asked him to join them in the living room.
Samer answered their call, let go of his rehearsal and went up stairs to check the matter. To his surprise he sees everybody gathered as if they were hiding something: Well, it’s his mother hiding behind the guys! Out of joy and happiness, he hugged her and kissed her and then he introduced her to everybody else...
- As you already know, Zizi, Katia and Samer’s moms are passing some days in the Academy. This is what will add to the Academy’s ambiance a good sense of additional care. While candidates were rehearsing for the prime, moms were preparing coffee then went to the garden to have some times of chatting about their beloved “kids”. After interchanging ideas about their opinions and the Academy, they began preparing the menu. What will they cook for next days? Of course, meals will be enjoyed and delicious since it’s a mom who prepared it with love for her children!
- Wadihs class is known for Prime rehearsals, but this time the rehearsals were a bit different. Instead of the students participating, the mothers had to participate. However, do the rules of the academy apply to everybody inside the academy with no exceptions? Would the mothers be considered as candidates? Answers may be different according to each teacher. But what can be conducted so far, is that Wadih surely considers the mothers as candidates, since he invited them all to his class and asked them to participate like everybody else. Zizi’s mother was asked to sing on stage, her performance was excellent and all the students clapped their hands when she was done. Whereas Katia’s mother was hilariously laughing and thus was unable to sing; Wadih’s reaction to the issue was selecting her as “Nominee”! Samer’s mother then came on stage, and sang with an angelic voice.
- During their break, while the students were chilling out, the famous Lebanese singer Carole Samaha enters the living room suddenly. The students were so happy to see her between them. At first she got introduced to everyone in the academy, offered flowers to all the mothers and then took a seat to distribute the gifts calmly. To each candidate, she got a special gift according to his taste and his personality. Presents were:
Hisham: Diet book + Burgers in a container.
Zizi: Everything got to do with Jennifer Lopez; her songs, her books, her videos, everything. Carol kept on praising Zizi of her new look and telling her that everyone worldwide loves it!
- Samer and Bashar Al-G hid the burgers that were given to Hisham by the Star Carol Samaha.
- Dinner .. Hisham found out that his burgers were stolen. So he asked Bashar first then he went roaming around the whole academy; and then finally he found it in the box. As he started eating, Samer asked for a bite, then Katia so from his greediness he decided to run away and eat in one of the prime rehearsals rooms.
- Surprise visit of Zizi’s father. Conversation:
Father: Oh my god, you look adorable! You used to look 17 before, but now you look 25, you look more mature. Zizi I just wanted to tell you that everyone in Egypt loves you and keep up the hard work. I would like to wish you all the best and do not worry, just concentrate! The thing I dislike from you is your lack of concentration, so just work hard and I know you can do this.
- Hisham and Bashar Al Q created a new character called “Tito”.
- Bashar Al-G calls his friend Abdullah.
- Amani called her Grandmother.
- Samer was practicing the songs of the prime with his mother. She had given him several encouraging comments.
- Zizi was trying to speak with the Lebanese accent; and surprisingly she was good at it!
Samirs mother Samira asked her about HER French and whether it was improving; she replied by yes it is and gave some examples.
- Samer decided to call his father.
- Katia finally confesses and tells Bashar Al Q; that its better to stay friends. At the end, they became friends once again!

Did you know that Tunisians originally came from Lebanon--the Phoenician side? If you read history books, they tell you that Hiram's daughter (the King of Tyre (Sour) went to the Tunisian coast and established the 1st colony there in Carthage. If you notice how Baha', Amani and Ahmed speak; they all say LibnAIn, and not LubnAn, as all Arab countries prounounce it. Also, most names with an aleph are pronounced as "ai" instead of "a".
Example: Wardait (roses) instead of Wardat. Furthermore, many Tunisians are light complexioned like the Lebanese population.

This TV program was really enjoyable at the beginning but now it sucks :
- How come Bachar Qaissi has rejoined the other contestants for 2 weeks?? Why wasn't it Fahd or Ahmad S. or Joy??? Qu'est-ce que Bachar el Qaissi faisait dans la star ac pendant deux semaines?? pourquoi ils l'ont choisi à lui et pas d'autres anciens candidats?

Pourquoi encore une fois Selma était invitée parmi le public et pas les autres candidats. Le corps de Selma est horrible mais elle a une belle tête.
I've noticed however a striking improvement as regards Zizi's voice.
Katia always sucks. She is a real loser. She's stayed too long.
I'm so glad selma left the Academy. She had no voice, she just had an elegant style.
She was not natural, she was always acting like a man.
Her accent was horrible, why wasn't she talking with her Algerian accent? I remember I saw 3 years ago the great Algerian singer Zahwaniyé in a Jordanian Channel and she was speaking Algerian and I could understand her (not everything but it was OK) , the same for Fulla ABABSA (beautiful accent). These 2 singers are great. Whereas, Selma just speaks Lebanese (c'est plus classe elle trouve). Et son accent libanais est nul, de même pour son accent français... L'algérien parle mieux français qu'elle. I met a lot of Algerians and they have a better French level than Selma.
Furthermore, she has just lived in Dubai for 2 years and she keeps talking about Dubai, she never mentions Algeria where she's stayed 24 years. Is she ashamed of her country?
She was so boring and stupid when she was singing "jamais jamais jamais", en plus elle faisait trop de manières débiles avec ses yeux. I wanted to puke when she was singing. And she was always forgetting the songs' lyrics. That 's why she just used to sing half a song during the prime
Autre chose 26 ans alle avait alors que la moyenne d'âge était de 20 ans. She was too old for that TV program. And what was she doing at the prime???
The best contestants are Ahmad H (he's great) and Amani (even though I don't really like her).
Last but not least, what was Bachar Qaissi doing in the Academy during 2 weeks???? He was not supposed to be there!!! Why didn't they choose Fahd, Joy, Hanane, Ahmad S????
Hi come on guys, carly, samy and the rest of the people who are arguing! please don't argue over countries, at the end of the day we are all the same whether we are arab or not.
Yes each person has their own personal opinion and i respect that, so why don't you guys just respect each others opinion even if it doesn't match yours... this is why we are human, because we are all individuals.
Personally, i was in love with Samer and still am, im very sad to see him leave, i hope he continues to sing or do what ever he wants, in my opinion it would be better if he finished his degree first then did what he wants.
Now samoura has left : ( i think amani has a really good voice, im not particularly impressed by zizi's voice or anything else about her. But others may see her as a the best. Katia has an ok voice but she changes personality as often as the weather! Never mind.
Hope everyone is okay and relaises that life is not about Star Academy and abuse on forums. Take care. : )
