She might have participated in Studio El Fan. Most of the participants in star-academy have already had some experience in the show business. Zizi for example has been singing since she was a kid. Have hou ever heard of the magazine (al-nahda)? I have not. It might be true but it might also be a fabricated story. It is so easy to create something like this using several softwares. What appears to be weird is that the article mentions that she was already famous and I have never heard about her and never seen her before star-academy.

We noticed too the different places of the mole on Katia's picture on the top left of the article... It might be strange for you but its something magazines editors always do :)!
Sometimes they change the picture by rotating it horizontally to fit the page layout better.
Unless the celebrity or someone’s picture has some marks, it’s sometimes difficult to tell that it’s being rotated.
in the old days, when you took a picture it was developed on negatives :) If you turn a negative ove r when you develop it, you get a mirror image. So that's why the mole is in different places, like looking in the mirror.

je dois admettre que jusqu'a cette heure si je n'ai absolument aucune idee qui d'entre les etudiants peut decrocher le titre de Star 2005 a la Starac.
Moi personellement j'adore la voix d'Amani et son allure mais elle se lamente et pleurniche trop a mon avis, et ceci peut fortment ne pas etre en sa faveur.
La voix de Zizi n'est pas mal non plus mais elle est trop "ethnique" selon moi. Elle a un look trop egyptien et elle n'a pas un halo de star a mon avis.
J'adore les prestations de Ahmed le Koweitien. Un visage et une voix tres agreables mais il est encore un peu timide et je n'y vois pas une personalite de grand star. Mais la' on peut y travailler.
Il y a de fortes chances que le star pourrait etre Hisham. Je ne suis pas une fan mais il semble que les gens votent pour les clowns...
De toute facon, notre fameux astrologue Michel Hayek avait predit qu'une fille decrochera le titre de star cette annee et qu'elle chanterait au niveau international... L'unique a l'academie capable de bien chanter en arabe et en langues etrangeres est surement Katia, mais je ne crois pas vraiment qu'elle y arrivera.

I love all the students and I really wish them the best of luck. About Katia, we are not sure if this is true or not, and even if it was true, so what, she's still a person that is trying to improve, there is no reason for people to talk bad about her!
The truth is I used to like her alot, but I dont approve of what she's doing with Jihad and Bashar! To me I think that she is afraid to loose Jihad, but at the same time she likes Bashar! I feel bad for her, and I dont hate her, I really wish she changes her way and thinking! Please do Katia, because your voice is getting better, but its not nice what ou are doing ot both.

I agree with nunu. I think Katia is afraid of losing Jihad and she likes Bashar. I am not sure however what she can do different. She has been avoiding Bashar and I would have done the same. i think the article about katia is fake. first of all ive never heard of yasmine second of all i live in lebanon and i have never seen katia till she entered staracademy! i really think the article is fake they should have not even posted it! you can tell that katia and jihad are boyfriend and girlfriend you can even tell remember when in the prime jihad held up the sign that said i love you katia, so he really loves her as a realashionship. however katia and bashar are cute togethter but i think katia is playing on both of them. she should just pick the boy she truly loves! im from lebanon so i am with katia just cause shes from my Balaad.. so i hope she solves her problems and stays in the top 8.(cause they should have someone from lebanon in the top 8 that represents lebanon..hopefully its samer cause he represents lebanon better then katia.

Regarding Yasmina's Picture, if you concentrate on the second picture where it shows the mole in the right side as Katia's is, you will see that the whole face is put inside the hair, the way that her face is very straight and looking at the camera does not match the way she is sitting, there should be a small angle on her face too, it is clear that it is too fake
hey PPLZ!! this article saying that Katia was called Yasmina, is a fake made up story! if yoread the article and look and the photos you will see so many differences from not only the 2 photos that are available in the article but also from the REAL katia! i The photos have been edited by photo shop its a clear point!!
