Future Super Star, which will starts its third season soon, has become a famous program that attracts thousands of people to try their chances to become Stars. The original program is the American version; American Idol. And has spread all over the world with different versions in different countries such as Germany, Poland and England.
It was interesting watching the Future Super Star casting episodes, seeing the judges and the contestants, but most of all seeing the weird people who are serious about their voices, and think they actually have a good voice!
After seeing the American Idol, I found out that those weirdoes are nothing comparing to the bizarre things the judges see in their quest to find the right number of contestants throughout the American states.
And concerning the judges, if you thought that the judges of Future Super Star are strict then you haven’t seen anything! The American Idol judges are so difficult to pass through.
All in all, the program has made it to the top, and has become famous and is in strong competition with other shows on the Arab satellite channels.

I like Future TV Super Star. I don't care much about American idol; I saw the first few seasons and it was ok but now I am hooked into watching Future Super Star..and looking forward to the new season!

Star Academy RULES !!
If we want to talk " Talent " wise ..i guess that Super Star is much far better than Star Academy .....real talents are competing there ..
But the one thing that Star Academy leads the way in is The Professional ShowBiz...the extra flavour that the primes give to to the stars of the academy ..i think that helps to cover the faults and misgivings in their voices ....
In Super Star .......only the real talent stays ...
But to keep audiences hooked you can't really do only with talents. For instance, the latest Super Star edition was boring as hell.
Excellent voices, but not much appeal
Most of the contestants were boring-looking, rather ugly and no way they can be real super stars in the real world.
And I have another issue to talk about.
When Diana Kaza-tonne competed in World Idol, she sang in Arabic versus 10 (0r 11) other contestants who sang English. So why don't the Lebanese Super Star integrate western music just like Star Academy did, last year with Cynthia and Bruno and this year with Salma? It would be interesting.
I think that superstar future is way better than star academy, but this last season it was the worst. The stupid Ayman won, it was all Gadafi votes, Ammar deserved it all. I bet u Anas voice is even better. Ammar in ur eyes u r the star.

Does any1 know when is superstar 3 starting?? star academy 2 is boring i gotta say i did love the first star academy... and yea POP idol's started in the UK and everywhere else baught the rights to it after. i think this is going to be a really good series of Superstar as they have gone to get contestants from Australia and The United States which should make it quite intresting to watch!
