yea i agree with u arwa with the whole stick to your roots. its nice to see other singers branch out to other music, however its not cool to base your success on other types of music. thats why i don't respect grace deeb and that other group called guitar (i swear i don't know where or when i saw or heard this group i just do). because their success is not our 'roots' success.

mmhmmm.....we don't understand her music?? Excuse me, all I listen to is Rap and hip hop, but by american artists, cuz its their thing.... For your information, I live in North America, so don't assume I'm some fob who doesn't like her music cuz theres no darbooka in it... i just think, that if u're gonna sing for arabs, do it properly, not what she's doing! It's so obvious that she only came into the arab music industry cuz she'd never make it in North America... so she's just using arabs, when u can tell what she really wants to do is be in the american music scene... in case u haven't noticed, it's a lot easier to make it in the arab music industry than the american...if she even tried to come here, she'd be reject before she could say "- leili"... so don't say we don't know what we're talkin about when we clearly do... like I already said, the only reason arabs like her is because she's the definition of a fully americanized arab... it's sad, but it's true. Who doesn't have American tendencies these days? Our presidents, ministers and kings even portray somewhat of an american mentality. In other words, why should Darine be blamed for a new singing style, when all she is trying to by different from the others, wtv it just make me sad see us talking about stupid stuff and palestinian and iraquien are fighting.
