The censorship committee at the new Arab satellite music channel Nogoom has decided to ban the airing of songs that are classified as inappropriate for the average viewers and which contain seductive scenes and females wearing revealing outfits.
The banning will include all songs for Ruby, who is considered one of the top seductive singers. Najla will also be banned from the channel along with other songs by different singers that include improper scenes...

i liked his answer he said that ppl on iqra2 for examaple know what he means and they are religious enough they dnt need his song

hey... WALEG, can u find out what satellite NOJOOM is on, for North America.... for example, like ART america is like on 61.5... and Aljazeera too, and I think Dubai and Future and LBC.... but i really want Nojoom!!! cuz thats the channel that shows star academy 24/7, right??? find out for me!
hmm yeah i heard there were complaints no wonder wen i was seeing nojoom most of the video clips they showed were not in rotana....anyway arwa im not sure wat nojoom r they talking about is it the emaraty one?? the one which is owned by suhail al abdool??? but i like it they show some good songs in it

You can find all Nojoom Channels network on Nilesat Satellite at 7.0°W.
While for Nagham Tv, you can watch this channel on the Arabsat 2D Satellite at 25.8°E

uh oh...these satellites aren't available in North America (cuz we have them on our satellite in our house in my home country!)....my dad says they aren't available here...the most common satellite here is like Echostar or something...are these channels available in North America?? cuz i saw some ppl talkin bout it, and they live here!! Almost every free Arabic channel is located on Intelsat Americas 5 (formerly Telstar 5)
FUTURE TV, LBC and other channels can be viewed on a dish pointed at either the 61.5W or 148W longitude locations but these channels needs subscription.
