Have you seen "Spider Man 2" yet?
Are you wondering weather or not it's gonna be better than the first one?
Well, I'm not gonna spoil it for you, but what I was expecting was a more violent and storyless movie which characterizes most sequels. Fortunately, I was wrong.
I was happy to find a lot of story in this part in addition to high-tech special effects...

There was more emphasis on Spiderman as Peter Parker and on the complications of being a both a Super hero and a collage student at the same time. Hence, Peter starts to loose his identity, not knowing weather to be Spiderman or himself. The question that confuses Peter is "WHO AM I?" a logical question that resides in all of us.

An interesting theme of "Spiderman 2" concentrates on "the hero" and the importance of a hero. Spiderman quits because the tiresome role of being a super hero bears no fruit on his real life as Peter Parker.

In "Spiderman 2", there is a beautiful quotation which said: "Sometimes, in order to do the right thing, we have to give up the things we love the most…even our dreams."

Do we have any real heroes? Isn't it true that in human nature it is so necessary to have them? What would be the true makings of a hero to you? Somebody we look up to, like a teacher or parent? Perhaps a friend who has inspired you to get up when the going gets though? He could be a historical figure like the Jamal Abdul Nasser. Or an artist who sang a song on the radio that comforted you in your time of need. It could even be a sports player, like Zaidan or Beckham, who scores a wonderful winning goal for your country.
So who is your hero?
Some believe there is a hero in all of us, that deep down inside yourself there is a Superman just waiting to emerge.

Consider this quotation by the actor Christopher Reeve, who played the role of Superman: "A hero is an ordinary individual who finds the strength to persevere and endure in spite of overwhelming obstacles."
