Paul M. Johnson Jr., is an American engineer kidnapped last weekend by militants in Saudi Arabia, has been beheaded by his captors, an Al Qaeda group announced today. Saudi Web news site said Johnson's body was found in Riyadh.
A video released earlier this week by the kidnappers showed Johnson blindfolded and demanded any suspected al-Qaeda terrorism suspects be released within 72 hours. The message was signed in the name of al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula.
That is really sad, and has nothing to do with ISLAM!

I can't believe this... they're making life harder and harder for us who live abroad... this is NOT islam, Islam MEANS peace... what is this, there's just going to be fighting, back and forth, and more HATRED. These people are sick, and they are giving REAL muslims a bad name...My condolences go out to Paul Johnson's family and friends... this was a horrible day for all of humankind... and I don't consider those animals to be humans...I can't even call them animals, that would be a disgrace to all animals...

I am just disgusted. Under NO circumstances should any Muslim or Arab for that matter act in such a horrific and appalling manner. What is going on with this friggen world? do not hapen in a vacuum.
It would be wise of
the Americans to examine
the underlying context
and recongnise that some

provoke adverse events.

How could we say we believe in God and its teaching, yet kill each other with no remorse or fear of God. I live in Saudi Arabia, and in the city which this whole thing happened. This isn’t Islam, people.
In Islam we believe in peace, not in killing others. We accept people that are Christians and Jewish, because they are people of the book. When killing an animal, even a sheep, we believe that we should use a knife with a sharp end, just so it won’t hurt the animal. So, why do these terrorists go and kill someone who IS a person of the book, and kill him slowly and painfully? Not only that, but what has he done to them?
Trust me, if they think they can overrule the Saudi government, they are sadly mistaken. When foreigners leave Saudi Arabia, so will the companies, therefore Saudi Arabia would become weaker and weaker. The economy will be NOTHING, because the foreigners practically run the economy. The Saudis would then have to run the country for themselves and occupy jobs that were taken by foreigners before.
