Before the prime I was sure that 3atiah would win but when they gave the provisional results that 3atiah had 53% of the votes and bashar 47% I thought that all Bashar-fans would vote a lot of times to let his percentage grow and that Bashar would win but with the final results 3atiah his percentage growed with 2%.
And I was very happy that 3atiah has won because he really deserved it because Bashar started to act like he is the best and you could see when 3atiah won he really was shaking and he almost had to cry because he expected that he would win.
I hope 3atiah will a beautiful future as an real artist.

I think Bashar deserved to win, and not Attieh.
Bashar is talented. He can sing, dance, act and he is also extremely goodlooking. Plus he's had some experience.
Attieh can only sing and act, but he's not even cute.
Bashar and everyone else was serious about working hard, and trying their best, but they also balanced their playtime with their worktime.
Attieh, Cynthia, and Mira were always playing around. They were lazy most of the time and were just clowning around.
I think whoever said Attieh was sneaky is correct. Attieh "pretended" to be innocent and dumb so that the world would be "fooled", so Attieh is a good actor. Also he has a good voice. His dancing sucks, though. Also he is a CLOWN. Attieh just wanted the money.
Bashar or Ahmed actually deserved to win!!!!

Bashar can actually SING, DANCE, ACT, and PLAY LOTS OF MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS!
They are NOT really friends. Attieh only said he would be friends with Bashar because Bashar said he would be friends with Attieh first. Bashar was the one who started the "ritual" of bowing down on the floor and giving a "rak3at shukr" during the prime. Khalawy copied Bashar and started doing it too, and Attieh copied Khalawy.
Oh well. At least they're still friends. I distinctly remember Attieh saying one night while they were eating noodles (that Bashar made) that if he won he would split the money four ways, between him, Ahmad, Bashar, and Khalawy. Let's see if Attieh really meant what he said or was he making empty promises. We'll see...

wow, i just watched the prime. it was fabulous. the rap that attieh and bachar made in the academy...they sung it! it was so funny..i loved it. bachar *muah* lovin you lots! he sang really good and looked really good too. i'm gonna miss him so much. all of them actually...when they shut off all the lights in the academy and it was all empty, i was gonna start crying! im gonna miss this show like heck. congradulations attieh, i'm happy for you.

I want to say to you all, that everyone in the StarAcademy was a winner in him/herself. They deserve this at every cost. They fought hard enough and If Attieh won and not Bachar, it doesnt have to be that Bachar lost.. He didnt loose. He won. The one who deserve to be the star of the academy was gone who is Ahmad al-Shirif ..all the rest other are just have one side good but the other is not ..FOR EXAMPLE , Bashar is talented but very moody..Attiah is funny but he is bad in being serious and has very bad voice...Brono is OK in every things but he is not good in Easten songs as Cyntia as sofia who have the same problem..Myriam is a hard worker but her voice is not good enough...Bahaa has abeautiful look and vice but she is not good in the other skills like acting and dancing and sport ....Sumayaa is beautiful and good dancer and humar but her voice is normal like the other people who are not singers .....KHalawi is an excellent guy with a leading sience and great personality and he deserve to be the star number one like Ahmad ... or at least being number two after Ahmad

well neither attieh nor bashar should be the stars coz both of them have something missing for the "STAR" thing and its the charizma..i used to think that the star should be perfect in all his sides and should not depend on the nationality but this program just like superstar b4 showed that we r arab people can never agree on something right coz we r always limitted by each countries boundaries...every one votes for the student from his country this is really ridiculous in the end he will not represent his country he will represent the whole arab world so y cant we one time agree on something right forgetting nationalities..well i myself am lebanese and i never voted to anyone of bruno,cyntia,mira,nisrine,or liala coz not anyone of them deserved to be the star..in fact the only two i voted for were bahaa and ahmad who really are not perfect but compared to the others are the most suitable to be the real stars...
its pittiful to see how in entertainment issues we arabs cannot agree on the right thing...

Everyone who said Ahmed should have won is just saying that because Ahmed is goodlooking. His voice is bad when he sings in Arabic but it's good when he sings in other languages. Ahmed was a fast learner but that's all.
I used to like Sophia at the beginning of the show, but in the middle of the show, Sophia changed. She became mean, and rude to everyone. That's why Bashar stopped being close to her.
When it was Kuwait's National Independence Day (3eed il wa6any) instead of celebrating with her closest friend in Star Academy (Bashar), she had a fight with him. She was yelling and yelling.
He tried to talk to her to calm her down but she was rude, and finally he lost his temper (which is only human). Nobody is perfect and please stop saying Bashar was moody.
Bashar was very CHARISMATIC onstage and offstage that's why everybody loved him, even the teachers and the students. Also Bashar was the most talented. His dancing was amazing. His voice was the best. He could sing beautiful slow love songs or powerful mountain (Jabally) songs.
Also out of all of them, Bashar was the funniest, and in my honest opinion the best looking and best dressed.
Anyways, does anyone remember when all four guys were sitting at the table eating when Attieh made a promise that if he won the money he would split it with Bashar, Ahmed, and Khalawy? I remember that part.
I didn't belive it then, and I don't belive it now. Attieh said he would share his money with the other three. If he's really as "sweet, kind, caring, etc.." as the rest of you say he is, then he'll do what he promised to do. Let's wait and see...
Is attieh really that "innocent" or is he really "Sneaky" as ahbal put it?

I'm very happy for him because he's talanted with good voice and a perfect personality.Some of the other students were ok 2 but not good as 3ateye...he's perfect and no1 deserved to win more than him because of his talant and good heart. he's very humble and cute 2.God helped him and gave him just wt he deserves...so ppl don't complain it's the game...he got the highest percentage because of his fans and God's well. I wish him good luck and to the other 15 students.

I'm Egyptian, and actually, speaking of the talent part, i'm with both bashar and attia. I can't deny it though, i was happy for attia, and i did vote for him. But i wanna point out something to Raid. We can't say here that the Egyptians are 74 million..coz half this population are poor...without going into statistical details, only 6 million have mobiles, and most of whom are cab drivers and such, i.e. they wouldn't vote. So basically this doesn't leave up with that much of voters. alot but not as big as u think

Also Attieh during the last few days was being mean to EVERYONE (remember when he was making fun of Khalawy's family name), but that's ok. You know why? Because they were bored. Three months is a long time. 7aram they were stuck for a long time and got bored so of course they were going to fight.
I don't remember who said this but actually Egypt is a pretty big country so even if less than a quarter voted for Attieh then he would win.
Kuwait is small so even if all the people of Kuwait voted for Bashar ten times each, he still would not win.
I almost forgot to add that the WHOLE gulf (Saudi Arabia, UAE, etc.) voted for Attieh out of spite. They didn't want Bashar to win because they were jealous it wasn't one of their own, instead.
ALSO THERE WAS A MISTAKE IN THE VOTING! A FEW THOUSAND VOTES FROM KUWAIT WERE LOST BY ACCIDENT! BASHAR WAS SUPPOSED TO WIN!

Before the prime I was sure that 3atiah would win but when they gave the provisional results that 3atiah had 53% of the votes and bashar 47% I thought that all Bashar-fans would vote a lot of times to let his percentage grow and that Bashar would win but with the final results 3atiah his percentage growed with 2%.

I think Bashar deserved to win, and not Attieh.
Bashar is talented. He can sing, dance, act and he is also extremely goodlooking. Plus he's had some experience.
Attieh can only sing and act, but he's not even cute.
Bashar and everyone else was serious about working hard, and trying their best, but they also balanced their playtime with their worktime.
Attieh, Cynthia, and Mira were always playing around. They were lazy most of the time and were just clowning around.
I think whoever said Attieh was sneaky is correct. Attieh "pretended" to be innocent and dumb so that the world would be "fooled", so Attieh is a good actor. Also he has a good voice. His dancing sucks, though. Also he is a CLOWN. Attieh just wanted the money.

They are NOT really friends. Attieh only said he would be friends with Bashar because Bashar said he would be friends with Attieh first. Bashar was the one who started the "ritual" of bowing down on the floor and giving a "rak3at shukr" during the prime. Khalawy copied Bashar and started doing it too, and Attieh copied Khalawy.
Oh well. At least they're still friends. I distinctly remember Attieh saying one night while they were eating noodles (that Bashar made) that if he won he would split the money four ways, between him, Ahmad, Bashar, and Khalawy. The one who deserve to be the star of the academy was gone who is Ahmad al-Shirif ..all the rest other are just have one side good but the other is not ..FOR EXAMPLE , Bashar is talented but very moody..Attiah is funny but he is bad in being serious and has very bad voice...Brono is OK in every things but he is not good in Easten songs as Cyntia as sofia who have the same problem..Myriam is a hard worker but her voice is not good enough...Bahaa has abeautiful look and vice but she is not good in the other skills like acting and dancing and sport ....Sumayaa is beautiful and good dancer and humar but her voice is normal like the other people who are not singers .....KHalawi is an excellent guy with a leading sience and great personality and he deserve to be the star number one like Ahmad ... or at least being number two after Ahmad

well neither attieh nor bashar should be the stars coz both of them have something missing for the "STAR" thing and its the charizma..i used to think that the star should be perfect in all his sides and should not depend on the nationality but this program just like superstar b4 showed that we r arab people can never agree on something right coz we r always limitted by each countries boundaries...every one votes for the student from his country this is really ridiculous in the end he will not represent his country he will represent the whole arab world so y cant we one time agree on something right forgetting nationalities..well i myself am lebanese and i never voted to anyone of bruno,cyntia,mira,nisrine,or liala coz not anyone of them deserved to be the star..in fact the only two i voted for were bahaa and ahmad who really are not perfect but compared to the others are the most suitable to be the real stars...
its pittiful to see how in entertainment issues we arabs cannot agree on the right thing...

Hey Guys....i really dont know wut to say, but the show has ended for me the moment all the good-voices-ppl left the academy a.k.a Meryam, Ahmad, And Baha....every1 including their friends knew who had the talents, but hey what else can we do but watch failures im not sayin dat bachar n ateya were bad or not as well im just viewing ma point of view Bachar n Ateyah rock i had a good time watchin them play, make jokes, make fun, and fight so good luck for de commin friendz....

Everyone who said Ahmed should have won is just saying that because Ahmed is goodlooking. His voice is bad when he sings in Arabic but it's good when he sings in other languages. Ahmed was a fast learner but that's all.
I used to like Sophia at the beginning of the show, but in the middle of the show, Sophia changed. She became mean, and rude to everyone. That's why Bashar stopped being close to her.
When it was Kuwait's National Independence Day (3eed il wa6any) instead of celebrating with her closest friend in Star Academy (Bashar), she had a fight with him. She was yelling and yelling.
He tried to talk to her to calm her down but she was rude, and finally he lost his temper (which is only human). Nobody is perfect and please stop saying Bashar was moody.
Bashar was very CHARISMATIC onstage and offstage that's why everybody loved him, even the teachers and the students. Also Bashar was the most talented. His dancing was amazing. His voice was the best. He could sing beautiful slow love songs or powerful mountain (Jabally) songs.
Also out of all of them, Bashar was the funniest, and in my honest opinion the best looking and best dressed.
Anyways, does anyone remember when all four guys were sitting at the table eating when Attieh made a promise that if he won the money he would split it with Bashar, Ahmed, and Khalawy? I remember that part.
I didn't belive it then, and I don't belive it now. Attieh said he would share his money with the other three. If he's really as "sweet, kind, caring, etc.." as the rest of you say he is, then he'll do what he promised to do. Let's wait and see...

I wish him good luck and to the other 15 students.

I'm Egyptian, and actually, speaking of the talent part, i'm with both bashar and attia. I can't deny it though, i was happy for attia, and i did vote for him. But i wanna point out something to Raid. We can't say here that the Egyptians are 74 million..coz half this population are poor...without going into statistical details, only 6 million have mobiles, and most of whom are cab drivers and such, i.e. they wouldn't vote. So basically this doesn't leave up with that much of voters. alot but not as big as u think

I don't remember who said this but actually Egypt is a pretty big country so even if less than a quarter voted for Attieh then he would win.
Kuwait is small so even if all the people of Kuwait voted for Bashar ten times each, he still would not win.
I almost forgot to add that the WHOLE gulf (Saudi Arabia, UAE, etc.) voted for Attieh out of spite. They didn't want Bashar to win because they were jealous it wasn't one of their own, instead.
