Rumors, rumors, rumors when are people going to understand that rumors are results of lack of common sense! People who start a rumor and others who believe it and participate in spreading it around are the same plain silly!
In the past few weeks there was a strong rumor going on in forums and discussion boards and websites about the Saudi Star Academy Student Mohammad Khalawi; his father or uncle are the Nestle owners in the whole middle east and consequently no matter how good or bad he is, and no matter with whom he is a nominee he stays!
Well, this prime proved all these rumors wrong! Mohammad Khalawi is a hard working student, he is talented at playing the oud and he does have a good voice
but this time he was in competition with Kuwaiti Bachar Shatti, and the audience voted for and chose Bachar
I hope people will start minding their own business, stop believing everything they hear and start doing something good with their lives
in addition to using their minds and their common sense more!

It wasnt a rumor it is true see i guess kuwait's here got more money and jsut the way khalawi was at the prime when he was nominated with ahmad and how nervous he was when he was nominated with bashar proves lot of things....money fact was never a rumor it is reality
did it ever occur to u that maybe just maybe more ppl liked khawali than ahmad? or is that too hard to belive because ahmad was better looking? who cares if he was better looking that doesnt mean he should be more popular. and maybe bashar won not because of the fact they have more money, but maybe more people liked him than khalawi, anyway the voting system is wrong, each country should not be allowed to vote for the person from their country it should be the result of other peoples voting, thats what they did in WORLD IDOL (the western version of world best in france). that way its fair because this way u really see who like you and if ur only being voted because of ur nationality or not.
eg, saudi arabia should not be able to vote for khalawi other countries should determine if he stays of not, thats how u find out the true popularity, and helps the smaller countries out too eg lebanon.

In reference to my friend "shareen" (above) about the relation between Atiyyeh and Mira,it seems that it is one-sided and Atiyyeh (dum ass) is not getting the picture yet. But truth be said Atiyeh is talented and a good actor.
The next nominees will be Atiyyeh and Bahaa...

I just would like to say that Star Academy is a great show and if some people are not satisfied with the results, well they just have to stop watching it instead of saying stupidities. People are taking khalawy's exit too seriously and are stressing themselves out for no special reason .. khalawy stayed on board until he was voted out last friday .. and ahmad sherif the friday before that .. why can't we just accept it and move on? Ahmad Sherif left because more people voted for Khalawy.
Khalawy left because more people voted for Bashar. hmm.. now
I think S3oodiyas popultion is around 19-20 million (excluding 4.3 million non nationals) .. and kuwait's population is around 1.1 million (excluding 1.2 million non nationals) this means for a kuwaity to out vote the s3oodiyeen each and every single kuwaity needs to vote more than 19 times to match a s3oodis's single vote.. the reason for this geography lesson is to make people realize that not every single kuwaiti voted for bashar and for sure the others that did have not voted more than 3 - 5 times max... got it? .. OTHER PEOPLE VOTE FOR OTHER PEOPLE!
Bashar stayed on because more people thought Bashar was better .. whatever there definition of "better" is.. his voice wela his looks wela his monkeying around!

I watched most of the star academy prime episodes. The most talented of them all is really Bashar, he has the credintials to be an excellent singer and composer. I am not Khaliji and never been to any of the gulf countries.
The ones left are:
Attieh: He has bright future in acting, but his voice is not as good as many of the students in the academy. His voice is limited to a few tones, he needs to work harder on his voice.
Bahaa: She looks great, but looks is not everything. her voice is too dry and lacks compassion.
Bashar: He's a terrible actor with a very bad temper, but his voice and musical skills put him above the rest.
It is not fair to attack the star academy organizer for their decision to nominate Sofia, Ahmad, Miram, Khalawi, etc.. I think they have been very fair in the selection but unfortunately they can't control the end result since callers are the ones deciding.
Asmad's voice needs a lot of work, his breath is too short and needs lots of practice. But women love him for his looks and nothing else.
Sofia: her voice is limited to a few tones, but she's the prettiest girl there and this is why she survived for so long.
Khalawi: When I started watching the prime shows, I thought he had the potential to go all the way to the final two. His breath is a little bit short which was noticable recently that he's not ready to be the best yet. I hope he continues practicing and looking forward to seering non-khaliji work from him. I can't stand khaliji music style.
Miriam: She has a great voice, but her looks got her nominated.
Cynthia: She's very talented and enjoyed her work. But the way she appears is not the appearance of a star. I can't find the right words to describe what I'm trying to say.
Bruno: I think he should be in the top 5, he has a good voice.
Myra: She's ok, but she's not great. Is it true that she slept with Yousef and this is why both got kicked out? rumors.. rumors..
I don't remeber the rest of the students, none of them registered in my long term memory since they weren't worth remembering. My apologies.

to whoever the STRANGER is, who do you think you are to say all these things about the 16 students???? i have watched this show from the very beginning and am sorry to tell you that i got insulted when you said negative things about the contestants. i really don't think you know what you are talking about ....considering you don't even know who all the students are. i do agree with you because, i too, think Bachar is the most talented. but i am not going to go around bad mouthing all of the contestants because i know that people will get insulted.
To everyone else, i think that the show has been fair. yes, i did believe that Khalawi was cheating at first, but now that he left i believe everything has been fair from the beginning. nobody has any true proof that anyone cheated, so i suggest that everyone keeps their beliefs to themselves. i have gotten very upset when people have left(especially Ahmad), but i do not believe that he left because of cheating. everyone has a right to get upset, but to accuse people falsely is insulting. good luck to all the contestants, they all were and are great!!!!

To everyone who goes on this site and says they hate star academy and the contestants, I have a question for you: do you have absolutely no life? If you don't like the show why in the world are you even vistiting this site? Please stop doing this because there are many people who actually visit this site because they like it and they don't want to hear your complaining. thanks a lot. And I think everyone should stop with the rumors...just watch the show for what it is. I thought Khalawy had cheated, but now I don't think so. Everyone wins fairly, Bachar won because more people like him; LBC is doing everything fairly. And the rumors about the contestants need to stop, we should draw no conclusions about what we see. ثبتت الاحصائيات ان اكثر واحد شعبية في الاكاديمية ومحبوب من كل الدول هو أحمد الشريف ويليه في الشعبية صوفيا ودلك عن طريق وضعهم في أنظمة الحاسب الآلي وأجهزة الكمبيوتر و الدجيتل نظام معتمد ويقوم على ان الشخص الواحد ما يمكنه بالدخول والتصويت اكثر من مره وكان دلك في جميع المواقع التجاريه في الكمبيوتر اللى فيها قسم خاص عن ستار اكاديمي واتعمل هدا النظام من اجل تحديد من المشترك اللى من المتوقع يبقى للاخير ويكون هو الستار ، فكان بسبب هدا النظام الشخص الواحد ما ممكن يصوت اكثر من مره وحتى لو حاول يضيف صوت احر فان النظام اتومتكيا يحلل بان هدا الشخص دخل وصوت سابقا فبالتالي مايتضاف صوته .
وبما ان البرنامج معتمد على تصويت الناس كان المفروض يكون أحمد الشريف هو الستار . لكن للاسف هدا النظام لم يطبق على على خطوط الهاتف والجوال فبالتالي كانوا الاشخاص اللى يحبوا شخص معين يدخلوا ويصوتوا اكثر من مره وخاصة الخليجيين اصحاب الحياه المرفهه والمعيشه العاليه واصحاب الفلوس ، وانتوا اكيد لاحظتوا هدا الشيء عن طريق الشريط الازرق اللي يكون على حافة قناة ستار أكاديمي 24/7 ان الشخص الواحد يتكرر اكثر من مره ويقولوا ما تهمهم الفاتورة توصل 1000 فهدا ظلم بحد داته ان الشخص الواحد يصوت اكثر من مره مش عدل لان ادا كان بهدا الشكل فاكيد ان الطلاب الخليجيين حيفوزوا بالرغم ان أحمد هو اللى كان يستحق يكون ستار لان بصراحه يجمع بين محبة الناس وجمال الشكل والصوت والشخصيه الوسيمة ..

والصحيح هي الحقيقة واللي هي ان الشخص الخليجي الواحد يصوت اكثر من مره ومن غير مبالاه بالفواتير والفلوس ( فانا اعرف واحد عنده خمس GSMs اوجوالات ، فلما كن النومني بشار وعلشان كان يحبه صوت له بالخمس جوالات بالخطوط المختلفه) اما بقية الدول فهي اقل غنى واقل ترف من الخليج فما سمحت لهم انهم يصوتوا مره او مرتين على الكثير .ما أنكر أن مجموعه كبيره من الخليجيين صوتوا لاحمد لكن طبعا صوتوا للخليجيين اللى مثلهم اكثر ( بشار والخلاوي ) لانهم من الخليج ولانهم يمثلوا بلدانهم وغضوا النظر عن اننا كلنا عرب وعن مين الافضل وين اللي يستحق يكون ستار وبصراحة كان مفروض من ادارة الLBC يتداركوا هدا الخطأ اما عن طريق السماح بالتصويت لمره واحده سواء كان التصويت عن طريق الهاتف او الSMS او الانترنيت او على الاقل يكون التصويت من بقية الدول الاخرى وليس من دول الطلاب المرشحين او الnominees فمثلا ادا كان الطالب المرشح من الكويت ، فيجب تكون عملية التصويت من بقية الدول الاخرى ما عدا الكويت و هكذا
لكن نقول لمين LBC اصلآ يريدوا يكسبوا من وراء جنون الخليجيين بالتصويت ..يعنى هدف البرنامج الرئيسي هدف تجاري وترويجي وليس اختيار الافضل ..

I ADVICE ROULA NEXT TIME IN STARACADEMY2 SHE SHOULD PUT RULE IN VOTING SYSTEM INORDER TO AVOID CONFLIFTS.FOR EXAMPLE,WHEN THE NOMINEES ARE CHOSEN THEIR COUNTRY SHOULD NOT VOTE FOR THEM LET OTHER PEOPLE FROM DIFFERENT COUNTRIES TO VOTE FOR THEM.

It doesnt matter what country u are from or how much money u make.this competition is all about ur ability to sing. Star Academy is very entertaining and if u dont like the show just simply dont watch it. Theres plenty of shows out there that I dont like but I dont complain about them i just dont watch it!

واقول للناس احنا السعوديين صوتنا لخلاوى فى اليوم اكثر من 10000 اتصال على حسب المعلومات ولكن فى اليوم الاخير تم توقيف التصويت عن خلاوي لمده 12 ساعه فلا تعتقدون معى انا في هذا ظلم

i am a saudi girl who's had it with all this crap about saudis and kuwaities paying money.. lemme tell u my story with Star Academy.. from the moment i started watching the show i hated: KHALAWI(what am i saying huh?), Cynthia, Sophie, Meriam.. and loved BRUNO, ahmed, bashar, baha2 and mira.. but guess what happened next? all those ( whom i didnt like ) became my favourites too!! i was really sad when meriam, cynthia, ahmed and baha2 left and specially BOBO i nearly cried!! i REALLY wanted her to win the final cuz not only shes got the talent, shez also cute and has GREAT manners (but thats only MY opinion and am not forcing anyone to like it)
see each one of them is talented in his/her own way and they all have great personalities despite all u say.. and for me.. i love them ALL equally..
and for the guy who just said that khalawi's father sponsers the show i say.. get a life man! u really have no idea what ur saying!
Star Academy is a great new experience in this part of the world and i think we should all start acting like grown ups about it :D vote for whoever u think is better.. not because he is from ur country.. after all we (all combined) are reffered to as the "MIDDLE EAST"

I really wanted Baha' to win because she was the nicest and had the best voice. I did not like Mahmad Klwai not because he was Saudi but because he did not have a good voice. Ahmad had a better voice then he did. Miss U AHMAD!
i think that because mohammed kalawi his father is rich made him win ahmed maybe mohammeds father payed the program some money so that he could win against ahmed but when the people knew that, the program refused to take mohammeds fathers money at the second time and thats why bashar won impossible that mohammed could win against ahmed impossible!!!
You ppl are REALYY POOR sadly :( and am not talking about money! am talking about BRAINS!!! the way i see it, u better use ur brains more often so they can adjust properly and function well, they way they're supposed to!
Khalawi won against a7mad becuz more ppl thought he was better than him (as MANY guyz and gurlz mentioned earlier in this forum) but unfortunately SICK ppl like u wouldnt live with that fact! GOSH you are a pain in the ***! UFFFFFFFFFT!!!! Get lost already!
i apologize to anyone with a good sense and a BRAIN that functions properly, i respect u all excluding those SICKOS!
btw i admit that a7mad has an incredible voice mashallah 3leeh bs i think 5alawi's voice is better and thats after i heard their "Jaye El7a2ee2a" single.. listen to it ull know what i mean :)

انا ما تابعت البرنامج ولا شفته بس اسمع فيه واقرأ عنه بالانترنت
ولا اعرف من هو بهاء ولا بشار ولا خلاوي ولا عطية الي تتكلمون عنهم
و ودي اعرف على ايش هالمناقشات الطويلة هل احد منكم من المشاركين بالبرنامج؟

عموما لما يجي وقت زراعة البطيخ اعطيكم خبر عشان تلقون شي احسن تتناقشون فيه
لان عقولكم مثل البطيخ واردى الشكل ممتاز لكن مجوف من الداخل

برنامج وانتهى لو انه علمي تناقشوا فيه اما هو ماله تصنيف لانه مو انساني من الاساس
اكثر ما يشبه حديقة حيوانات لندن الي لها موقع بالانترنت وفيه عدة كامرات مسلطة على الحيوانات 24 ساعة باليوم
يعني ستار اكاديمي قلد فكرة حديقة الحيوانات المذكورة
و وضع كامرات وقناة خاصة تبث لكم اشكال بعض الحيوانات الناطقة وتحت اسم حمار او حيوان اكاديمي
Walla i don't know what the bid deal is with star academy.
it's just a tv show, no biggie...and as for SOFIA AND BACHAR, i think it's disgusting....i mean sofia is a girl, she should respect herself, bachar is also to blame, but sofia more. She shouldn't have let herself get that involved.
still, her life, let her ruin it for herself....
