In the past few months reality shows have conquered the Arabic TV channels, starting with
“Al-HAWA SAWA” & “STAR ACADEMY”. Tomorrow a new reality show will begin which features a group of strangers living together in a house equipped with dozens of cameras and microphones recording their every move 24 hours a day. One by one, the houseguests will vote each other out of the house. At the end of the game, the last remaining houseguest will receive the grand prize of a big sum of money.

The participants are deprived of contact with the outside world except those allowed by the editorial team. Every week there are tasks to perform which test their community spirit and team-work. Throughout the series, the participants are required to nominate two of their number to be voted out of the house. The audience at home decides which of the two must leave. The whole game revolves around 4 elements:

1) The environment in which the participants live - it's stripped - back to basics.
2) The knock-out system by which the participants are voted out of the house by the audience at home.
3) The tasks, set by the editorial team, which the participants must complete on a weekly basis
4) The diary room, or “truth room”, in which the participants are required to record their feelings, dissatisfactions & irritations, thoughts and their nominations.
