She says the Hijab could be turned into something positive in movies. She continues to say that wearing the Hijab for her is something normal, and if a person feels uncomfortable with that, then he/she can simply change the channel!

Syrian actor Hani Al Rumani has passed away on Monday after losing a long battle with lung disease. Al Rumani was 70 years old.
Al Rumani was most famous for his role as Asaad Al Waraq in the 70's tv show by the same name.
He appeared in many tv series across the years, such as Al Jawareh and movies such as Al Hudoud alongside Duraid Lahham.

A great actor like Al Rumani will surely be missed ... Rest in Peace.

Ahmad El Sherif and his longtime girlfriend/ fiance, Iman, tied the knot in an intimate ceremony, attended by close friends and family members, at his home in Sfax, Tunisia.

It’s good to know that even after Ahmad became famous, he didn’t change or forget about his loved one, unlike others that do! Congratulations!

Nicole Saba is a busy girl! She is staring in a new drama series on LBC “El Hob El Mamnou” or "Forbidden love"; Alongside Nicole, Bassem Meghniyeh plays the role of her lover. Nicole also stared in an Egyptian series that was broadcast on an Egyptian TV channel a while ago. Saba is also filming scenes in Egypt for ‘’Aared Khas” or "Special Offer" directed by Hadi El Bajouri.

Nicole loved the experience, because it was new for her and she got to do what she loves most; acting.

I’m glad she’s acting now and not singing, especially not with the 4 cats, because I think she’s better off acting. I wish she would go back to her blonde hair, though, I think she looks better as a blonde.

Nawal Al Zoghbi is going to appear tonight on MBC1 on the show ‘’Akher man yaalam”, where she reveals interesting things about her and an interesting talent you would never have guessed she had; imitating cartoon voices!

The show presenter Arwa asks very personal questions and apparently Nawal speaks honestly about everything starting from her childhood and teenage years. Nawal also addresses the rumors that keep circulating around her.

Oprah did a whole show about texting and driving. People, mostly teens, actually die while doing that! In a new study, the University Of Utah realized that people who text are six times more likely to crash than the people who talk on the phone while driving. Wow! This is really scary right?

Maya Diab, who is very pretty in my eyes, is considering a new Lebanese series, I hope she does I think she was good on “kalam Neswan”. She says she doesn’t want to make a final decission yet she want to read the scenario first, im sure she’s going to be busy since she’s going on a tour with Ziad AL Rahbani for the premiere of ‘’Mniha’’. The tour is going to take place soon in Paris and other Arab cities.

Nancy Ajram is busy as a bee these few days, as she prepares to jet off to Cairo to work on two new songs just in time for Valentine's day!
The first song, entitled "El Hob Mahaddesh Manaao" will be part of her upcoming album, which is her first collaboration with young production company, Arabica Music.
The second song, which is being kept under wraps, is another special Valentine's day surprise for her fans!

Aren’t you going to greet us today? Feb 3 is the day that WALEG came into being! And this year, 2010, marks WALEG’s 6th anniversary! 6 years up and running is quite a milestone. For sure anyone of you who maintain his own site knows that.
